This Cottage Dining Room was stripped of wallpaper then cross lined to give a smooth new plastered look.
The feature fireplace had previously been painted and over the years had many layers of paint which were hiding the classic features of the metal surround, the old paint was removed and finished using a Matt Black metal paint to give a more traditional original look.

The woodwork was finished in Bedec Aqua Advanced Satin which offers a soft look and has the advantage of non yellowing.

This was a large period hallway requiring extensive work,
all wood work was stripped to bare wood as the original coating allowed the paint to chip very easily, the walls were stripped of wallpaper filled and sealed then cross lined using 1400 grade lining paper followed by a base coat then 3 coats of Dulux Vinyl Matt Emulsion. The wood work was primed, filled undercoated and finished in Dulux Eggshell Swedish White.
